It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, a case has been registered as against the petitioner (A5) herein in Crime No.263 of 2016 on 02.07.2016. Therefore, it is open to him to seek further remedy in accordance with law and there is no harassment by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.
