ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent expedite the investigation in Crime No.57 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent and to file the final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court under the direct supervision of the first respondent based on the representations dated 13.09.2022 and 19.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
