ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of Protection of Children of Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.3 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He is judicial custody from 24.05.2016. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on 22.05.2016, at night hours the petitioner took the daughter of the de facto complainant, who is studying 9th Standard and tried to have sexual intercourse with her. Investigation is pending. If the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation.

4.Considering the serious nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and investigation is pending, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
