ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file the final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court under the direct supervision of the first respondent based on the representation dated 16.09.2022 and 19.02.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there are two connected cases pending in Crime Nos.56 & 57 of 2022 and investigation is pending in the said cases. 3.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.58 of 2022 and file final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
