This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 25.01.2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 23.02.2018 before the respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
