ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused No.2 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 506(ii) of IPC, Section 3 and 4 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.107 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused and the daughter of the de-facto complainant had fallen in love with each other, which was objected by the de-facto complainant. Therefore, on 27.02.2015, the accused had gone to the house of the de-facto complainant and caused the damage of the house of the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the friend of the first accused and he is nothing to do with the alleged offences. The learned counsel further submitted that the main accused was already arrested and released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the third accused is still absconding and the petitioner is having one previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
