ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2017, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(g) read with 2(b)(ii) (c) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.166 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police seek bail.

2. Already the very same petitioners filed a bail application before this Court and it is listed today as Item No.6 (Crl.O.P.(MD). No.12632 of 2017) and in that case, after length of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw that petition. Hence, it was dismissed as withdrawn. Again, this application is listed today as Item No.17 for the very same relief by the very same petitioners. It shows that it is a clear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ case of abuse of process of law and hence, it is a fit case to dismiss with cost.
