ORDER

These applications are filed (i) to condone the delay of 457 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in C.M.P. (MD).No.11104 of 2018 in S.A.(MD).SR.No.14494 of 2018(ii) to set aside the abatement 1/3

caused due to the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased/first respondent and rank them as respondents 5 to 7 in C.M.P.(MD).No.11104 of 2018 in S.A.(MD).SR.No.14494 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these applications.

4.This Court is satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on payment of the cost Rs.1,000/- payable to the respondents' counsel on or before 09.04.2025, failing which, these petition stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in C.M.P.(MD).
