This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to provide the guideline value in the website of 'tnreginet' with regard to the property situated in Survey Nos.1502/2A & 1502/2B, at Bodinayakanur Village North Siraikaattu Taluk, within the Sub-Registration District of Bodinayakanur and Registration District of Periyakulam, Theni District.

2. Let me not enter into any discussion on the facts.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has forwarded a letter dated 11.03.2023 issued by the third respondent, wherein, the 2/5

third respondent had stated that if the petitioner gives necessary documents like Patta, Chitta, Adangal etc., and No Objection Certificate from the Tahsildar, the guideline value would be uploaded in the said website.

4. I am confident that if the petitioner gives necessary documents, the guideline value would be uploaded in the said website and hence, the petitioner may provide the same by way of a covering letter to the third respondent on or before 24.03.2023. A direction is given to the third respondent to upload the guideline value on or before 31.03.2023.
