ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 342, 408, 506(i) and 379 of IPC, in Crime No.640 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).
3. The earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2119 of 2019 dated 20.02.2018. This Court held that the stolen properties has not been recovered and for recovering the stolen property, custodial interrogation is necessary. Therefore, if anticipatory bail granted in favour of the petitioner, the process of investigation will be prejudiced. There is no change in the circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file any more anticipatory bail application.
