ORDER

The decree holders in O.S.No.629 of 2008, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, have filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.6 of 2024. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioner has obtained a decree for recovery of possession and has filed the above said execution proceedings. The 'B' diary extracts reveal that the judgment debtors had already filed their counter and it is posted for enquiry from 10.09.2024 onwards. 3.Considering the above said facts, the executing Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.6 of 2024, on or before 30.09.2025. 4.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
