ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in connection with Crime No.162 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District within a time as framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 162 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
