Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to execute the warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputed Redressal Forum, Pudukkottai in D.No.33 of 2016 dated 25.02.2016 by arresting the opposite party K.Senthilkumar, Manager, TATA Motor Finance Limited and pass any order according to the circumstances of the case. ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the warrant issued by the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Pudukkottai in E.A.No.8 of 2015 in C.C.No.33 of 2011.

2.Heard the party-in-person and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, which enclosed in the typed set of papers, is dated 21.01.2016. The consumer forum has also issued a reminder dated 25.02.2016 as the warrant is not executed. That made the petitioner to approach this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to execute the warrant.

4.The consumer forum, while issuing warrant, has also passed a direction that if the said K.Senthilkumar, Manager, TATA Motor Finance Limited, offers to furnish surety for the decretal amount of Rs.27,000/- by executing personal bond of Rs.13,500/- along with two sureties each for a likesum, he may be released on bail with a direction to appear in person before the forum on 11.02.2016.

5.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are taking earnest steps to execute the warrant.

6.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to execute the warrant in E.A.No.8 of 2015 in C.C.No.33 of 2011, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
