ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the earlier anticipatory bail application moved by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8294 of 2017 was dismissed on 03.07.2017 stating that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very necessary in respect of the counterfeit notes handed over to the first accused by the petitioner/accused herein.
