(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This petition has been filed consequent to the death of the second appellant Sakundhala Rukmani and to bring on record the petitioners as appellants 3 & 4.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the second appellant Sakundhala Rukmani, mother of the petitioners, died on 30.10.2021 leaving behind the petitioners as her legal representatives. It had been stated that owing to lack of procedural legal knowledge, they had not been brought on record.
3. In view of the facts stated above, the petition stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to reflect the death of the second appellant and bringing on record the petitioners as 3 & 4 appellants in the appeal cause title.
5. We also note that the learned counsel Mr.V.Angusamy, who had originally filed vakalat for the appellant, had died, and had infact also filed the present application.
