Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAYARAMACHANDRAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.BALAMURUGA PANDI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 261 days in preferring the above revision. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- as part of arrears amount to the respondent by way of Demand Draft on or before 20.04.2022, failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
