ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A9 and she was arrested on 13.03.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 369 and 370 of IPC, in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the petitioner along with the other accused persons, had sold a new born baby of A1 for Rs.2,00,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail since 13.03.2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the major portion of the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is over and all the accused persons were arrested by the respondent

police and in this case, A1 to A8 were released on bail by the trial court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that A1 to A8 were released on bail by the trial court and the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
