This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 8 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2024 is under enquiry before the third respondent and the same will be disposed of within one week.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to dispose of this petition.

4.Since the third respondent has admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2024 and the same is under enquiry, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a 3/5
