ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaints of the petitioners dated 19.05.2016 and 04.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has represented that the proposed accused has given an undertaking that she would take her articles and hand over the key to the petitioners within 15 days, failing which, she can be proceeded further. Based upon the undertaking given by the proposed accused, the complaint is stated to have been closed.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioners and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioners to take further action in accordance with law. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
