2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 09.12.2017 before the respondent police. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after completing enquiry, the
complaint was closed.
