O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and give police protection to conduct the "Adal padal Programme" dance program at about 07.00 p.m., on 18.06.2019 in pursuance to the festival of "Arulmighu Sri Kaliyamman Thirukovil" situated in Thatco Colony, Mudangiyar Road, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District on considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 18.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 07.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
