ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner under the pretext of the 4th respondent's foisted complaint.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner had appeared for enquiry and thereafter, the said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
