ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to expedite the trial in S.C.No.48 of 2024 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.48 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six

(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
