ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings pending against him in C.C.No.223 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has dismissed the proceedings in C.C.No.223 of 2010 vide order dated 06.03.2017, as such, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
