Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AN.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.606 of 2022, dated 07.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first petitioner has undergone spinal cord surgery and the second petitioner is taking care of the first petitioner, they are not able to appear before the respondent police regularly. 3.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners and the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
