No.3631 of 2022 in CRL OP(MD)No.5589 of 2019. ----------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram to refund the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner in Crime No.70 of 2019 based on the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.5589 of 2019 dated 15.04.2019 by this Court.

2.Originally, the petitioner was arrayed as accused in Crime No.70 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. After investigation, final report has been filed by deleting the name of the petitioner. But, however, notice has been ordered to the defacto complainant by the Trial Court. Further development is not known. Now, the document is enclosed by the petitioner along with the petition.

3.Let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Padmanabhapuram, by enclosing a copy of this petition. 4.List this matter on 27.06.2022.
