J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 09.01.2020, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD) No.25111 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Central Government Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the appellants, on instructions, submitted that pending appeal, the appellants have complied with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition and the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of as early as on 24.02.2020 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.

3. However, learned counsel for the respondent / writ petitioner submitted that no such order has been served on the respondent / writ petitioner sofar.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Central Government Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is at liberty to challenge the order dated 24.02.2020, whereby and whereunder his representation has been disposed of by the appellants, in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. However, the date of service of the order dated 24.02.2020 on the respondent / writ petitioner shall be the criteria for the purpose of limitation. No costs.
