In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner herein, there will be a direction to the respondent to hear and dispose of the Second Appeal dated 18.01.2018 under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
