ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.430 of 2014, dated 12.08.2014 and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the case now stands transferred to District Crime Branch, Theni.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the District Crime Branch, Theni, to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.430 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
