This criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the State.

3. According to the petitioner, the petition is filed as against the order passed by the present Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Alagar Koil Road, K.Pudur, Madurai.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) filed the Status Report, dated 14.07.2016 and submitted that the final order has not been passed by the present second respondent police on the petitioner's complaint and the said final order as referred charge sheet has been filed by the erstwhile Inspector of Police. She further submitted that referred notice has also been served to the petitioner.

5. In these circumstances, the petitioner is having no arguable points as against the present Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Alagar Koil Road, K.Pudur, Madurai. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
