Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that while dismissing the earlier bail petition, the petitioner was directed to appear before 1/3

the trial Court itself for bail. According to him without complying the said condition, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

2. The petitioner can very well approach the trial Court for bail since the trial court is in possession of all the materials.

3. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
