O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 4 and 5, based on the compliant given by the petitioner, dated 04.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is a tenant under the private respondent/R4. There is tenancy dispute between the landlord and tenant. When the petitioner went to Coimbatore for medical treatment, the 4th respondent broke open the lock of the premises and locked the same with the use of another lock. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a complaint before the respondents 1 to 3. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they received complaint from the petitioner and there is a tenancy dispute between the parties and the respondents would conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of one week.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.Since the 3rd respondent is admitted the receipt of complaint of the petitioner and undertakes to expedite the enquiry, this Court is hereby direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
