Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2019 and consequently direct the second and third respondent to issue a Patta in promboke vacant land in T.S.No.110 of Block No.8, Ward No.H of Puliankudy Municipality (vide in old Survey No.999) to an extent of 0.112 cent, wherein it comes Taluk jurisdiction of Chithamani Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, within the time frame may be fixed by this Court. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents First to Third, on instructions, states that the representation dated 23.12.2019 made by the Petitioner has already been disposed by the Second Respondent in his order No.O.M.A3/5904/2019, dated 16.03.2020, and has produced the copy of the same. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged its receipt.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in this Writ Petition. It is needless to add here that if the petitioner still has any grievance, it is open to him to work his remedies if necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognised by law.
