2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent conducted investigation in Crime No.610 of 2021 and filed final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.98 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court at the time of trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
