Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to annul the gift settlement deed in Doc.No.10549 of 2009 dated 05.11.2009 registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Thirumangalam, Madurai District in respect of the property in S.F.No.3/3, with an extent of 5 cents of Dharmathupatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District executed by the petitioner in favour of the 3rd respondent and restore the same in the name of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2021.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
