This petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without any valid reason.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.578 of 2025 and thereafter, the petitioners have obtained bail from the concerned Trial Court. After released on bail, the respondents have never harassed the petitioners.

3. Since the respondents have denied the allegations levelled against them and they have not harassed the petitioners in any way, recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 25.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes mac 2/3
