RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the Petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1311 of 2023 dated 24.1.2023 and to pass such other reliefs as this Honble Court, Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJAMOHAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1311 of 2023, dated 24.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1311 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
