When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. 2.In view of the same, the respondents are directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.
