ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the representation, dated 16.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is her husband. Due to matrimonial dispute, the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the second respondent used to harass the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 16.02.2025 but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that due to matrimonial dispute, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is under enquiry. For enquiry purpose, they called the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner in this petition. 2/5

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondent inclined to pass orders.

5. Since the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and based on that, the second respondent for enquiry purpose called the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to appear before the respondent for enquiry. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents also stated that during that enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner. They only called the petitioner for enquiry.

6. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
