Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Petition filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records and to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 113 of 2016 in S.C.No. 21 of 2015 dated 17.06.2016 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and an earlier dated 05.09.2018, and a letter received from the Principal District Judge, I Additional District and Sessions Judge(FAC), Thoothukudi, in D.No.136/19 dated 12.02.2019,seeking extension of time for 2 months and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. N.R.ELANGO, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. S.BHARATHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE), for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.21 of 2015. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 05.09.2018 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.21 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to disposed of the said case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.21 of 2015.
