Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying this court to direct the Learned District Judge, Trichirappallli, to expedite the proceedings in Arbitration O.P.No.28 of 2020 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice.

CRP(MD). No.544 of 2021 The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 29.03.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No.28 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.03.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 29.03.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No.28 of 2020.
