Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.350 of 2013, on the file of the respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.350 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2.Heard both sides.
3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.110 of 2014 and subsequently, the case has been ended in acquittal on 07.05.2014. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
