ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that he is the native of Kottaimedu Village and he is an agriculturalist. According to him that the fourth respondent is the President of the Village Panchayat and in her capacity as President, she has been misusing her post as Village President by misappropriating funds of the Panchayat to the tune of several lakhs.

2.According to the petitioner that the fourth respondent is maintaining a separate account for depositing the misappropriated funds of the Panchayat and the petitioner appears to have submitted a representation to the first respondent, which was also forwarded to the third respondent. As no action was forthcoming from the officials, the petitioner appears to have approached this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6817 of 2020 and this Court directed the official https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7023 of 2021 respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Despite the direction by this Court, no action has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner is once again before this Court seeking yet another direction by issuance of Writ of Mandamus.

3.This Court is unable to appreciate the repeated attempts of the petitioner to approach this Court in order to obtain a direction for serving his own ends. When an earlier direction of this Court has not been implemented, it is upto the Writ Petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law. It is certainly not open to him to once again approach this Court for the same relief. The constitutional jurisdiction of this Court cannot be trifled with by seeking directions repeatedly for the same cause of action and such attempt would only amount to be little the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 4.For the aforesaid reasons, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
