The petitioner is the defacto complainant in S.C.No.287 of 2018 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. The petitioner was the wife of the accused. It appears that the marriage between them was dissolved vide decree dated 30.08.2016 in H.M.O.P.No.135 of 2015. While so, on 15.02.2018, at about 5.30 pm., the petitioner was allegedly attacked by the accused. The petitioner is said to have sustained serious injuries. The case was investigated and presently pending for trial in S.C.No.287 of 2018.

2.This case concerns the safety of a woman. Therefore, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4277 of 2020 conclude S.C.No.287 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
