ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.Not Known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Initially, the petition was filed showing crime number as not known. Hence, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 20.01.2015 with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation.

3. When the case was taken up on 06.02.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. The respondent police is present.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court and has not appeared before the respondent police, in compliance with the orders of this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) further submits that a regular case in Crime No.239 of 2015 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code has been registered on 16.02.2015.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and hence, the petition seeking anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
