The petitioners seek police protection for harvesting the paddy grown in the petition mentioned agricultural field. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The petitioners want to rely on the findings set out in the judgment dated 18.12.2017 in O.S.No.355 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam. It is however seen that the said judgment has been set aside in A.S.No.4 of 2019, on the file of the Additional District Court, Kumbakonam. Neither parties have any decree or interim order in respect of possession. Therefore, it would not be safe for this Court to direct the grant of police protection.
