This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register an F.I.R on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2014 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the earlier complaint given by one Madhan has been registered and the complaint given by the petitioner has also taken into account and the charges have been altered including the offence under SC/ST Act and charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
