This petition is allowed. The respondent police have already filed the charge sheet. The petitioner has now filed an amendment petition seeking to amend the prayer to quash the proceedings in C.C. No. 03 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Theni, in Crime No. 26 of 2023.

2. Since there is already a stay at the FIR stage itself, the further proceedings in C.C. No. 03 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Theni, are also stayed.

3. Post the matter in due course.
