Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.1425/2007/02, dated 18.11.2019 in so far as Serial No.1 is concerned and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits without any deduction within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
