O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2012.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for State.

3. After hearing both sides, it appears that there is a dispute regarding the receipt of the complaint of the petitioner. This court finds it suffice to permit the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 16.06.2015 along with a copy of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2012. This court directs the second respondent that on receipt of the same, the second respondent will have to conduct the enquiry and conclude the same within four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
